The wholesale audit program includes a full audit report for each mortgage.  And SFF fully supports all questions relating to the audit report.  If requested, SFF will also provide RESPA communication forms, to go along with a loan modification request.

Process for Submitting A Wholesale Audit Request:

 

STEP 1.     Complete the Audit Intake Forms (agreements, audit checklist, questionnaire, etc.) form by going to the following link (Note: Wholesale Audit Working Agreement only has to be completed Once -- Fax #: 877-702-7286 or email info@strongfamilyfund.com ).

STEP 2.    I f you would like to ad a logo or brand your audit reports, please email a copy of your logo to info@strongfamilyfund.com
 
STEP 3.   Use the link below to make your payment via Online Check or mail money order to Strong Family Fund, Inc., 9856 Ashburn Lake Drive, Tampa FL 33610.

 

NOTE: You can include your company name and client information for each payment (i.e., XZY, Loan Mods, Inc. - Maxwell File and total amount of transaction).

Pricing:

Depending on your volume and level of involvement with submitting the customer data, wholesale pricing can be as low as $225 per file.  Please see Wholesale Agreement (above) for pricing specifics. 



GET $75 OFF!!  Here is the Excel file submission form  mentioned in the wholesale agreement, you must enable macros to use the file.  Save $75 per file if you complete our form!  It takes about 25 - 30 minutes to complete.

 

STEP 4.   Audit Letters & 1 Copy of 4-StepLoanMod Software Enterprise (OPTIONAL)

 

RESPA Letters (Optional):  1-time Fee of $200

 

Note: The RESPA Letters include language on requesting rescission (cancellation) and or a loan modification.  It is a formalized Qualified Written Request.  It is automatically generated with the audit report, and includes excerpts from the audit.  We provide all upgrades for the letters for the one-time fee.

 

Letters Online Payment

 

After you have completed your RESPA Letter purchase, you will receive the key file for the software in your email.

 

 

STEP 5.     Once payment is received and funds have cleared, your audit report will be ready in 5 business days or less.  Note: All files submitted on Friday - Monday will be treated as though they were submitted on the next business day.  All files submitted after 2pm will be treated as though they were submitted the following business day.
